The term "Royal Collection", "Us", "We" and /or "Our" shall refer to RCGSKP. The terms "You" and/ or "Your" shall refer to the customer/ purchaser/ online user. 

We reserve the right to change or modify any of the T & C in its sole discretion from time to time at any time or upon notice as required by the applicable laws. The said changes and modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on our website. Your continued use of the website following any changes, modification or revision constitutes your acceptance of such changes, modification or revision. You may cease from using the website if you disagree with our T & C. In such case, frequent review of RCGSKP's Terms and Conditions is highly recommended.

By using the website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, and you may adhere to this Agreement. RCGSCP assumes no responsibility for liabilities arising from age misrepresentation. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only place an order with the consent of your parent or guardian. 

To be able to make purchases through our website, we will require your personal details such as your complete name, complete address, email address and contact number. The information or personal details we collected shall be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy in the context of your order. When you use our website, you have agreed to use and process your information and details, and you confirm that all information and details provided by you are true and accurate. Please note that providing incomplete information with us needed to place an order, may result to rejection of your purchase request.

All information relating to products presented by RC Golden Skin Care Products on its website is intended for personal, educational or informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that the use of the product may have the same results on all individuals and skin type. We recommend to knowing your skin type and identify the best product that suits your skin, color and skin condition. Although we use safe ingredients on our product, it is still the sole discretion of the buyer and or user to use the product with due diligence and care. 

The statements made about the products from customer feedback, customer reviews and comments have not been evaluated by the Bureau of Food and Drugs Administration or any Regulatory Board. Product claims or descriptions on the website have been provided to us by relevant brand owners or pursuant to customers review and RC Golden Skin Care Products has not independently verified such claims or descriptions.

All products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions and guidelines. You should always check the ingredients of the products to avoid potential allergic reactions and skin irritations.

RCGSKC use its best effort to provide an accurate description of the products however, we do not warrant that the descriptions, colors, information, pricing, promotions or other content available on the website is accurate, dated or free from error. In such cases, we may correct any errors, inaccuracies, discrepancies or omissions and to change or update the information or cancel your orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

Return and Refund Policy

We do not have a return and refund policy since the product is consumable.

Contract

The information we set on our website do not constitute an offer for sale but rather an invitation to make an offer. Your order constitutes your offer to purchase item/items from us and no contract of sell in respect to your order shall exist between Royal Collection Skin Care Products and the website user until the order has been accepted by RCGSKP, payment from the website user has been received and a shipping Confirmation email from us was received by the website user. There may be a case where the funds have been deducted from your account and we are not able to proceed with your transaction, the amount will be fully refunded to you using same payment method you have used. The return of funds may be delayed depending on your own bank’s banking process.

 1. Placing An Order

Placing an order with Royal Collection Skin care requires you to follow the online purchasing process. Just add the product you wish to purchase to the cart and press the checkout button and provide the details required to successfully submit your order. You will receive an email from us confirming a receipt of your order. This does not guarantee that your order has been accepted.

2. Acceptance of Order

Your order (s) is (are) subject to acceptance by us. An email confirmation that the item has been shipped confirms that the sale and purchase contract between you and RCGSCP takes place. We will not be responsible or obliged to supply the product (s) until the Shipping confirmation has been conveyed to you on email. Any error or omission due to typographical or clerical on documents such as email acceptance, invoice, shipping on our part shall be subjected to correction without us being accountable.

3. Shipping Arrangement

Once the shipping confirmation is received from us, we are bound to deliver your items at the specified address within the period. There will be inevitable delays on the courier service completing the shipment however you will be given a tracking number to keep track of your shipment.

4. Price and Payment

Prices shown on the website are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are inclusive of Value added Tax, but do not include any applicable shipping or delivery fees. Delivery fees will be charged where applicable and will be included in the order total upon checkout. Prices or shipping are subject to change effective immediately upon posting of such price changes to the website or other form of notification. The price of the product shall be the price reflected in our website except in the case of an unintentional error or mistakes from our side. We ensure in our best effort, that our listings are free of error however we cannot guarantee that there is no error or mistakes. We will notify you as soon as error/ mistake is discovered and will give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price. In case we are not able to contact you, we will cancel your order and we will refund your amount paid via the method of payment you have used.

The products displayed on the website can be available, ordered and delivered within Philippines only. 

5. Risk of Damage, Loss of Item

Risk of damage or loss of the product/(s) shall pass unto you at the time of delivery. Failure to provide complete and correct address of delivery, will not hold RCGSCP responsible and accountable.

6. Reservation of Rights

Royal Collection Golden Skin Care Products reserves the right to modify discontinue or disable the website or part of it at any time, either on a permanent or temporary basis.

RCGSCP reserves the right, at any time, without notice and in its discretion, to terminate, suspend or restrict, block or prevent your future access to the website.

RCGSCP reserve the right to access, preserve and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in a good faith, we believe that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law of the land.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability  

Royal Collection Golden Skin Care Products does not make any representation or warranty that the security of any information transmitted by you to us or from us to you through the website will be uninterrupted, secure or free from errors or omissions; or that the website is free from any computer viruses or other potentially malicious, destructive or corrupting computer program or file.

RCGSCP does not represent or warrant the accuracy, timeliness, adequacy, commercial value or completeness of the data and or information contained on the website.

To the extent permitted by law, RCGSCP will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the website. The limitation of liability applies to damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential and punitive damages, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims including claims by third parties.

RCGSCP will not be liable for any claim arising from your incorrect or improper use of any products or services offered through the website, including usage that does not adhere with any product instructions. 

RCGSCP is not liable for any claims arising from your use of non-RCGSCP branded products. 

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, Royal Collection Skin Care Products and its agents, employees and third-party service providers, from all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, obligations and damages of every kind, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of and access to the website, your violation of any term and conditions of RCGSCP; a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above regarding Content.
